Returns
According to current legislation, if the Customer is a Consumer, they have the right to withdraw from the sales contract concluded with the Seller, respecting the conditions of GEO 34/2014 regarding consumer rights in contracts concluded with professionals. The Consumer has the right to notify the Seller in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 14 days from the date the Customer took possession of the good or from the date a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer, took possession of the goods. If the object of the sales contract consists of several items delivered separately, this period expires after 14 days from the date the Customer took possession of the last item or from the date a third party, other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer, took possession of the last item.
Returned products must be in the same condition as they were delivered (in the original packaging with all accessories and documents that accompanied them, without physical changes, bumps, scratches, etc.). The direct costs of returning the products will be borne by the buyer.
In the event of withdrawal from the sales contract, the Seller will refund the Customer all payments received from them, including the delivery costs of the item to the Customer (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Customer, other than the standard delivery method offered by the Seller), immediately and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the Customer's withdrawal statement from the sales contract. The Seller will refund the payment using the same payment methods that the customer used in the initial transaction. If only part of the order is returned, delivery costs are not refunded.
The right to withdraw from the sales contract does not apply if the object of the sales contract is items delivered in a sealed package that cannot be returned after opening due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the package was opened after delivery, and neither in the case of goods made according to the specifications presented by the Consumer or personalized clearly.
To make a return, please contact us either by phone at the numbers listed on the site or by email at office@condra.ro. After contacting us, the products will be shipped to the address: bd. Tineretului, nr. 124, Oltenița, postal code 915400, Calarasi county. We will not pick up parcels sent to another address and will not pick up parcels from post offices. For shipping parcels, please use the same courier service you received the products with. We do not accept unwrapped products for return. The 14-day period in which we will refund the value of the products begins when the returned products reach us.
When the parcels arrive at our specialized service, a brief visual check of the parcel will be carried out in the presence of the courier. If there are signs of damage or defective handling of the parcel, or if its condition is not impeccable in terms of integrity, a report will be made to signal these problems, and a copy will be handed to the courier. All parcels received that meet these return conditions will be opened and photographed to record the state of the products inside at reception and to verify whether the condition of the products is identical to their state when the return form was completed (at the time of completing the form, based on the assumption of responsibility, the client must record the condition of the products in writing and/or with photographs). Any discrepancy between the condition declared by the consumer when completing the return form and the actual reception of the products by our specialized personnel will lead to the rejection of the product return, the client being responsible for transporting these products to our specialized office.
The client will be notified within 72 hours of receiving the parcel of this situation and will be able to choose whether to receive back, at their expense, the products that do not conform to their declaration and the products that are no longer in the same condition as initially delivered to the client, or to accept the restoration of these products to their initial state. If the product is returned in a condition in which it can no longer be sold as new, our company has the right to charge a fee for restoring it to its initial state (if possible) or to cover the price difference resulting from selling the product as second-hand or, at the client's option, to re-ship the product at the client's expense. The 72-hour period can be modified depending on factors independent of the company.
