Courier delivery is FREE for orders valued over 150 EUR. For orders under 150 EUR, a shipping fee will be charged. These costs will be displayed on the order completion page after you enter the delivery address, or they will be communicated to you by phone before the order is shipped.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can simply return the product in its delivered state with all tags still attached within 14 days of receipt, and we will refund your money or replace it with another product. Romanian legislation states: "The consumer has the right to notify the seller in writing that they renounce the purchase, without penalties and without invoking any reason, within 10 working days from receiving the product. The only costs that may fall on the consumer are the direct return shipping costs."
